SN Diagnostics provides pathology and diagnostic laboratory services including blood tests, health checkups, radiological services (X-rays, USG), cardiological services (ECG) and related medical testing services.

These terms govern your use of our website and services.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or using the service under supervision of a guardian.
• The information provided by you is accurate and complete.

SN Diagnostics offers:

• 2000+ diagnostic and pathology tests
• Home sample collection (where available)
• Online report access
• Health packages and preventive checkups

• All test bookings must be made through our website, phone, or authorized channels.
• Payments must be completed as per the selected service.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy.

• Customers must provide accurate details for sample collection.
• Our phlebotomist will follow standard safety and hygiene protocols.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions.

• Test reports are generated based on samples provided.
• While we maintain high accuracy standards, results may vary due to biological variations or external factors.
• Reports should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice.

• SN Diagnostics does not provide medical consultation or treatment.
• Always consult a qualified doctor for diagnosis and treatment decisions.
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on test reports alone.

You agree:

• Not to misuse the website or services.
• Not to provide false or misleading information.
• Not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

• Your personal and medical data is handled confidentially.
• We do not share your information without consent, except as required by law.

• Bookings can be cancelled at least 7 hours before the sample collection time slot.
• Refund eligibility depends on service status at the time of cancellation.
• No refunds once the sample has been collected and processed.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method.

• Some tests are performed under NABL certified labs by outsourcing the sample.
• Some tests are performed under ISO guidelines without a NABL certificate.
• Not all tests are performed under one roof.
• Results may vary due to certain factors such as fasting requirements, medicines taken before sample collection, etc.

SN Diagnostics shall not be liable for:

• Delays in report delivery due to technical or external issues.
• Any indirect or consequential damages.
• Misinterpretation of test results.

• All content on this website including logo, text and images belongs to SN Diagnostics.
• Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy policies.

SN Diagnostics reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

• Home sample collection is available in selected areas of Jaipur.

• Our trained phlebotomist will visit your location at the scheduled time.
• Proper hygiene and safety protocols will be followed at all times.

• Be available at your location during the scheduled collection time.
• Follow all pre-test instructions such as fasting requirements.
• Provide accurate medical details at the time of booking.

• Timing may vary due to traffic conditions or emergencies.
• Our team will inform you in advance in case of any delay.

We follow strict safety protocols during every home visit:

• Sterile equipment usage at all times.
• Single-use needles - never reused.
• Gloves and PPE worn by all phlebotomists.
• Proper disposal of bio-medical waste.
